What is the Trentham Coolstore?
The Trentham Coolstore is a single-story open space that can be shared by multiple businesses or a single specialist tenant with a great idea to do something special.
The design supports a shared occupancy, where a principal tenant will occupy the majority of the space, and 2-3 pop-up shops can also be supported enabling people to showcase their beautiful products without the cost of a larger building tenancy.
The location
The Trentham Coolstore is located in Albert Street, Trentham and next to the RedBeard Historic Bakery.
The property has laneway access through to the heart of Trentham’s High Street enabling great pedestrian flow between the main street and the RedBeard Bakery precinct.

The Coolstore has been designed to enhance how people can enjoy a building and the great businesses that operate within it.

Building in-progress – available late 2021
The build of the Coolstore has commenced and will be completed in late 2021. Works are progressing in two stages.
The first being the reconstruction of shops that face High Street. The shops will obtain a new second gable in their roof (and a much needed new roof) and the weatherboard facade, windows and verandah will be in keeping with the shopfronts of High Street.
We don't have any rendered drawings of the front building (unfortunately), but will be sure to post the building's progress on Instagram.
The second is the construction of the new Coolstore building at the rear of the property facing Albert Street. Rendered drawings of the rear building are included on this website.
